Eat Yummy - Sunshine Protein Milkshake

Here's another yummy recipe from @fivesechealth for you to try! This Sunshine Protein Shake, is banana-free but still super creamy - ENJOY!

SUNSHINE PROTEIN MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 orange
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vanilla plant protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 date

Steps

1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth and frothy
2. Add more water if you want the consistency to be more runny
3. Serve the smoothie in a big glass and enjoy with a reusable straw!
